Aqsa Parvez's father and her brother have been sentenced to life in prison after pleading to killing the 16-year-old in their Mississauga, Ont., home.

This is a "disgrace killing" not an "honour killing". That kind of Muslims worship their community instead of worshiping Allah.

"Later a statement by her father to her mother right after murdering her was publicized, supporting the honor killing theory: “My community will say you have not been able to control your daughter. This is my insult. She is making me naked.”"
